Brooks and Courtney Leedahl have a combined 20+ years experience in the cheese world. Brooks is a wealth of cheese knowledge- as well as wine- and beer (where his true passion lies). Courtney is the primary platter builder, overall fixer, and spokesperson for the shop. She has a background in art and enjoys creating meat and cheese platters above all else.
The real boss of this operation is baby Heidi.
